Student Transfers

Give your children the education they deserve. Choose Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) and enroll in one of our award-winning schools. The majority of GGUSD students attend their school of residence or the neighborhood school based on the location of their residence. However, GGUSD has a priority and renewal transfer process allowing families who live within GGUSD boundaries to apply for a transfer from one GGUSD school to another (intra-district transfer) and families living outside of GGUSD boundaries to apply for a transfer into the district (inter-district transfer).
