GGUSD Hosts Drug Prevention and Cyber Safety Workshop for Parents

Garden Grove Unified School District families are invited to attend a presentation on Drug Prevention and Cyber Safety and a Community Resource Fair on Wednesday, October 23 at Bolsa Grande High School. This event will feature a Community Resource Fair from 5 to 6 p.m. and a presentation by a leading expert on internet and social media safety and risky behaviors. Attendees will learn about the latest trends in marijuana, vaping, fentanyl, prescription drugs, and over-the-counter drugs. Attendees will also have the opportunity to receive important information about community-based mental health resources and services through the resource fair.

The presentation will be in English with interpretation in Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, and Arabic. Childcare will be provided for children ages 2 to 10.
