October Open Enrollment submissions:  
     - Processing is completed in December, effective January 1, 2025. 

     - New Medical / Dental cards may be expected in the mail at home as applicable. 

     - FSA participants: 
          - Expect an email from Igoe. 
          - Existing cards are reloaded. 
          - New participants may expect a card in the mail.
